Had front end alignment done good job,but they put lug nuts on to tight,it bent my 4way lug wrench.

This is my fave auto shop I have ever been too. They are very reasonably priced, the staff are top tier and they had my car in the shop the next day and it was fixed before the end of the day! 10/10 will always bring my car here !

They don't treat all people the same, they took my truck to get their lunch, they left the oil screw loose, it fell silent and I threw away all the oil, I had to pay to take it to another workshop, now I have to pay another money to order that complete piece, I don't recommend this place even as a joke

I was passing through Roanoke on a long trip home to Texas with a serious medical condition requiring spinal surgery. I had a nail hole with a slow leak that was drivable, losing only 1-2 psi per day. The front desk gentleman and lady took me in without hesitation and helped me patched the leak. They put me and my wife back on the roadtrip home. In contrast, The NTB-National Tire & Battery in Springfield, VA told me my tire (Honda factory installed, only 10 month old, 20K miles hwy only) was not repairable and insisted I needed a new tire. There were some people that we remembered and appreciated in life for being kind and honest, the staff at King's Tire Services in Roanoke, VA are at the top of my lists.

They saved me this week with a bad tire problem. I limped in with 11 lb of pressure and waited until they opened. Was in and out the door an hour later. Great folks and great service!

Had a nail in my tire and was on a schedule. Came in, explain the situation, and they got me in an out as quick as possible. They were polite and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
