Today was a returns trip only. We appreciated the opportunity to return Amazon online purchases, as well as Kohl's online purchases in one location. The return desk is in front of the store and the Kohl's associate Michelle was very helpful.

Good selection, nice store and friendly environment. BUT nothing I wanted was available in my size in store. So ordered on Kohls online, found everything I wanted. A day later I got a notice that it was ready to ship, ups label was created...THAT WAS 5 DAYS AGO!! Could have ordered from Amazon and had the same things shipped to me 2 to 3 times. I'll never do this again!

I wish I could find more that I like at Kohl's to wear. I haven't been lucky in finding much lately. I was successful in finding a pair of shorts that fit well. They do have a large selection of workout gear.
