This location is chronically understocked. Shelves are often empty. The selection is not the greatest either, you're not going to find much of a variety of ethnic foods for example.
I consistently have to leave this Kroger to go less than a mile to the next one.
Example: they didn't have scrapple but the other Kroger did.
Honestly, I'd spend an extra few dollars for better variety at a different grocery store.
Update: at this point it seems it's well known that Kroger leaves a lot to be desired after hearing the same sentiment from others.
Word has it there's a Publix coming though!

Went to Kroger today. Went through the self-checkout. Had some issues with the items so I had to waive on a self-checkout representative, three other people were waiting. I'm around 5 to 7 minutes go by. By I briefly hear the backer say that she went on break. I asked the bagger what's going on and she tells me that she went on break and nobody else can run the self-checkout. Which I found kind of odd, usually the supervisor or manager are more than capable of running the checkout. I politely asked the bagger to notify the other of the customers that someone went on break and no one can help them. Currently. Another 2 to 3 minutes go by and the self-checkout representative finally started helping people. I asked to see a manager and I was created to to Wallace. Wallace was not very nice. I let him know about the situation. He said someone had to take a break. Which I understand completely even though I think someone should be covering that person when they're on break. And then I asked if anybody else can run the self-checkout and he promptly said no. I never got. Sorry I never got anything other than I'm here now. I'll take care of it.

Hardly any human run registers and zero help in self checkout. Dont know why they have employees when they expect the customers to do every function. Floral department cant even ring people up, how stupid is that. First and last time coming to this one. Get some real registers greedy owners

Mandy at the Florist Center is amazing!!!! She not only fit me and my date in last minute for a corsage and bouttinere, but also customized them in order to fit the colors of our outfits. On top of all this, her customer service was through the roof and she was the sweetest worker in the building❤️10/10

Great variety friendly staff. Seems they've had a major reset lots of stuff moved. You may have to do some "shopping" to find what you want.

This is one of my main grocery stores. Usually well stocked with competitive prices; you can find the weekly specials very good but soda wars between the rivals produce occasional bargains.
