“These people are AMAZING!!! I’ve been using them for about 2 months now. I saw a review about the starching of jeans and was concerned as my husband’s jeans must be starched HEAVILY as a welder. I decided to give them a shot anyway because they are a small local company and what’s a few bucks but let me tell you, I couldn’t be happier! Every pair we’ve taken in have been stiff as a board at pickup and need to be pried apart with a screw driver, literally standing on their own. They are SUPER friendly, we’ve gotten to know the staff well and enjoy our conversations. They LOVE when we bring our dogs to visit, they recognize our car and have a treat in hand when we pull up, they even call our dogs by their names. There can’t be enough said about choosing local companies.”
“I recently tried out the services at this dry cleaners, and I must say it was a good experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive.They took the time to inspect each garment and listen to any specific concerns I had, ensuring that my clothes received the proper care they needed.I’d say I haven’t tried them for my heavy Indian clothes though.They offer various services, from dry cleaning to alterations.”

“My adult children and grandchildren were injured badly in a car accident. They are all blessed to be alive. We live a little over two hours from Roanoke. Two of my family members had to be flown into Memorial. I left home quickly I order to be with my family but only took three changes of clothing. I ran out of clean laundry on Wednesday. The first laundry with high reviews said they could have my clothes ready on Friday. Yeah Right. When I spoke to the kindest gentleman at Wheeler’s he worked me in and had my clothes fresh and clean the same day by 2:00. On top of that, this gentleman said I had enough on me and would not accept payment. I can’t recall the last time a stranger has shown such simple compassion. There is a higher reviewed laundry just two buildings away but this business made time for me when I really needed someone to help. Thank you so much for your kindness. I am grateful.”
“I love this place clean new machines. Nice friendly people. Bathroom is very clean. Dryer give 8 min for each quarter when most places give you 6. I wish if they were open 24 hours. I really love it”
“Clean, well cared for. They respond quickly when issues arise. Dryers dry pretty quickly. Weekend and after 4 can get a little busy. Thus has been consistent for nearly a year of going here once or twice a month. The few times there have been issues the owner and staff have always resolved them quickly.”
“Very clean, quiet atmosphere. TV, chairs, baskets & tables to use. All equipment is clean and in working condition. I did meet the woman who cleans there (in the evening) about a week ago & she was super-sweet. The 7-11 next door is very convenient (busy but had the staff to cover). Would i go here again? Absolutely!”
“Love this cleaners! I think the lady who does alterations is Young Studevant. She is friendly, knowledgeable and does amazing work! I recently ordered a dress that I knew would be too small. I purchased TWO and thought I could merge the two. I was too scared to cut the fabric once the dresses arrived. Based on a recommendation from my sister, I took the dresses to Vogue Cleaners and like magic, Young merged the dresses! I now have one beautiful dress! I wore it on gala night on a cruise and received numerous compliments.”
“I've been going to this laundromat off and on between moving back and forth to Roanoke, the bathroom has always been spotless the washers unfortunately always smell of fish or some other type of stank. The dryers rarely dry on the first go-round even after an hour. I always see people in there fixing things so I always go back because I know that they care about their business. I just wish they had a mega washer and dryer for the blankets I need to wash .”

“The atm gives 10 so you don't have to use a 20 an get 20 in quarters if you don't need that much it's clean an in a good location if you want to grab lunch while your laundry is washing”

“1st time using this facility and was immediately impressed... Cleanliness of the Laundromat was/is next level impeccable... Met a couple of really nice people to talk to while washing/drying... Ms. Lynn was there cleaning even though it didn't look like it needed it... She was super nice and informative about an upcoming special they are running Nov. 15th and 16th... Double your money while loading your card... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT...!!!”
