They don't seem to have enough people working in any of their departments. Saw a kid(young adult) working lifting 80 pound bags of concrete by himself probably 50 of them for one order. All alone no help.

Unorganized. Lumber especially is poorly marked. Wouldn't be so bad if website scanner worked better. But it glitches all the time so I have to keep finding an employee just to find a price in wood

What's not to love. A big toy store. Tools, wood, tools, paint, tools, hardware, tools, plants, tools, appliances, tools, safety supplies, tools, shingles, tools, metal, tools, snacks........ and on top of all that...... they have lots of tools!!

went to hardware for some cable found what i needed however there was not an employee anywhere to be found as it needed cutting. went to Home depot across the street got what I needed with good service. guess where I'm going next time ? this wasn't the first time either. there service is absolutely terrible. complaints are on deaf ears in this store.
