Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Roanoke, VA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store has plenty of selection and always has everything needed. Employees are courteous, friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable, providing good customer service. However, the store is very big and disorganized, with messy boxes blocking aisles. Items are often moved around or become unavailable, and employees may direct customers to the wrong area. The checkout process is all self-checkout. Delivery can be strong, pleasant, and efficient.
Sometimes the workers could be more helpful. But what do yoi expect when most people who work here are kids.

Marc is an awesome associate and was very helpful in helping us find a hard to get plumbing cartridge remover. He needs a raise and promotion and use his work ethic and style as a basis for training. Thanks to Marc for helping us and going out of his way to help us find the tool we need!!!

It's just too big, even most employees will direct you to the wrong area for the item you are looking for because they don't even know where everything is.
