Called ahead and was told no appointment needed for an inspection. I show up in the afternoon and I’m rudely told they are booked up for the day. I’m then also told I should have shown up in the morning if I wanted an inspection done.

This place is a good place to get your oil changed at. I was a customer that was there at the time and all the employe was asking about was what type of oil you wanted in the car and he said he would just take his business else where. The employe did nothing wrong and had great customer service and I never had this experience here before when the customer goes off on an employee like this man did. Every time I come to get my oil change they treat me like family.

I pulled in today to get a full service synthetic oil change, the attendant was rude and became argumentative about whether or not I had been there before. I have indeed not been here in this car as it is a new car. I have however been a customer for well over 15 years. You lost a customer today . I won't be back.
