Today I received exceptional customer service from Nadia in the shoe department. I purchased several pairs of shoes, and a gift also for my daughter. I was on a time crunch. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I recommend if your in the shoe, purse area to ask for Nadia. Her personality is so warming. It makes you want to buy and not rush through liias I am always busy. It's always comforting to meet great people who love what they do , because it's not about the pay. YOU ROCK NADIA !🥰

went shopping here yesterday for perfume they were all locked up we had to ask for each one to smell my son ended up buying a bottle but the lady didnt even let me spray the one i wanted to try we travel a lot all over the united states ive never seem this and ive bee to some dangerous cities

Christine in the Men's dept was awesome. My wife's family are from Vietnam and speak very little English. Christine assisted them with my wife translating. Christine was patient along with being extremely helpful with setting up Macy's account. She also went the extra steps to ensure that all discounts were applied to not only the current purchase but also the prior purchases made that day.

Followed around and treated like a thief because I took a men’s shirt upstairs in the store, without ever leaving the store. Just went upstairs with my Fiancée to the women’s section.
