Fix the coolant leak issue. Very nice BMW repair shop the fee is a little expensive for student but I believe this repair shop is one of the best BMW repair shop around Blacksburg area.

My car had been broken down since February, and after months of taking it to different shops, no one could figure out what was wrong. I was starting to lose hope when someone recommended this place to me—and I’m SO glad they did! They diagnosed the issue right away and had my car fully fixed within 48 hours. Their knowledge and efficiency blew me away. I can't recommend them enough!

Honestly I cant say enough good things about this place, from the courteous, kind customer service to the great job they did on my car for very competitive price
Brought my Mercedes GLC 300 to their shop, needed new transmission filter and some sensors to be replaced, they finished the job perfectly in one day. Highly recommend this shop if you own a European car, definetly will be my go to shop for all my car needs from now on

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop. From the very first phone call to Troy, I felt comfortable bringing my 2006 BMW in for service.
And SERVICE is exactly what I got!
Outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived... not to mention cold Dr. Pepper in the fridge by the classic car showroom. My FAVORITE 😍.
Met a delightful customer who drives over mountains to come here..that's dedication.
Back to the business..efficient, reasonable, patient, caring...it's a place I trust! How rare.
Oh, and I met Wilson, a delightful beagle whose mom happens to own the place.
All in all... the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop...EVER!
And I'm a car afficionado and I'M OLD...so that's really saying something.
I feel safe now that I have some place local I can trust with my old 'paid for ' car that's worth alot to me.

The only place to take a German car for thoughtful and professional service. It’s clear that enthusiasts who care about cars are involved. Seth was particularly great, and he spent extra time taking care of an issue for me. Will definitely be bring my car only here.

Very professional staff, clean garage which shows pride in their craft. They’re extremely knowledgeable on German cars and pricing was very fair considering its high end specialized service in my opinion. They’re transparent about what should be done. Will recommend them from now on.

I would like to commend the entire staff at Martin's for always providing the best service. They have serviced several vehicles for me over the years and they never disappoint. The quality of the work is top notch, the communication is great, and at competitive pricing. Most importantly, I never have to worry about some pushy tactics trying to upsell me on work that doesn't need to be done. Trustworthy, quality work from a pleasant group keeps me coming back. Peace of mind and confidence that you are being treated right means a lot. You will always get that at Martin's!!

very knowledgeable if not the most , most knowledgeable in this area , they performed an alignment on my 1991 560sec and did a great job , they let me know that the ride height was excessive which i already knew. they loosened some bolts and nuts to let the suspension settle since i had just replaced all components.
a week before they did this i took it to pep boys and alignment got even worse , the pep boys service manager told me these cars did not have a front camber which is very funny.
i am a diy mechanic ( shade tree) and i am planning to use them for anything that i do not feel comfortable doing or i do not have the time.
i also need to mention how professional one of the service managers( Seth) was , he explained everything in a calm manner even though my job was not a big job or a money maker.
I hope they can help me in future.

Terrific service. They're excellent, so they stay busy, and you need to be patient, but the quality and expense are fine. Very helpful, smart and efficient German service auto technicians.

Even though the guys weren't able to work on my Mercedes, they were polite, professional, and most importantly.........honest. I will be returning to this business because of the way i was treated, and the fact that i've heard (and seen) nothing but great things about this establishment.

Took my 40 year old Mercedes Benz to them after it was having issues overheating when starting. I was surprisingly shocked at how affordable it was for them to fix it. I highly recommend Martins. Will be bringing my Audi to them for it’s yearly maintenance. Thank you for taking great care of my girl!
