Intially when I left I felt Very please even put an10+. As I started to reflect I became a bit angry, I was told that I was going to get on the nebulizer and a X-ray just to be safe. Well that didn’t happen even after the Dr said that she still heard what ever she heard when she listened while the stethoscope was on my back. Then she started the discharge process, no X-ray I asked! She sad noooo because pulmonary is going to do one … knowing that appt wasn’t until 10days, idk if I have walking pneumonia. I have MS, I feel slighted, the receptionist said they have been short staffed and was making appointments &
she been by herself all day , in a annoyed voice she took my ID and then gave me a 4:15 appt, My daughter I leave and come back may 4:05ish and sat down, she said may I help you I said I’m back for my appointment she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about, so we go up to the desk, mind you I’m on a knee scooter, she asked my name and looked at her screen and said oh, they will call you shortly, I say ok Thank you and turned my scooter around to scoot off, I then said again THANK YOU and turn back and she smiled and was silent so I looked for about 2secs and the she said your welcome, my daughter and I were and are confused. A man that was of a different race than I did the receptionist process and said thank you and she was upbeat and said you are welcome with the quickness. Would I go back? yes, would I ask that the dr do what she says she going to do? Yes I absolutely would. I have health insurance that I work hard for. The lady that did my BP and oxygen was just lovey. I’m thankful that I was breathing a little better when I came. I blew a 350 when I came after the nebulizer I blew a 359 and asked to do it again and I blew close to a 360 if I am not mistaken and still no X-ray because I’m 10 days I go to Pulmonary. It’s only fair to give a 3. I am African American and I wear my religious attire, but will not post what that is, but I feel as though that was the receptionist issue.

I was there first thing when they opened, so that might have affected my experience. The entire process was quick and easy. I was in, examined, and out with the necessary prescriptions in, maybe, 30 minutes total...and I'm pretty sure it was faster than that. It was great!

Says they take walk ins online, every time I have tried to get care, I have been turned away due to staffing or them telling me that they don’t take walk ins.

The staff was very nice. The lady that processed my drug screen was very nice and pleasant to talk to.

Got in, got treated and got out. Went in right as they opened and was seen promptly. Everyone there was professional and courteous.

Sneaky billing practices. Avoid this place. They claim to have a simple 3 tier payment plan. However, if they get ahold of your credit card they will charge your card after a few weeks for random charges. We paid them $250 and the. They tried to bill us for another $250 that they were going to charge our credit card automatically. This place has terrible billing g practices.

I liked that I could make a I liked that I could make an online appointment very easily. Their app is easy to use and I was able to do all of my pre-appointment paperwork on the app.
Very friendly and professional staff. The doctor I saw also very nice and professional, and listened as I described my symptoms. My wait time was minimal, and I was in and out in half an hour on my way to pick up my prescription.
I will definitely use this walk-in clinic again, and will recommend it to others.
