I've been a Metro customer for years, and I can say that sometime it can be annoying dealing with issues. But today I dealt with a very nice gentleman, Cody. He was extremely informative with helping me with changing my device and making sure everything was moved over from my old phone. Because I was really scared that it wouldn't come over. But he did an amazing job. I'll be back again to get that new razr soon!

Chrissy is the absolute BEST in every way! I brought my whole family in there Monday and spent over a grand and never questioning why it was that price etc. Her coworker "mo" was extremely unprofessional and probably the poster child of what METRO wouldn't want representing them! I will follow Chrissy where ever she goes!
