Went in for an oil change and they also checked all of my other fluid levels and topped them off and let me know that my cabin air filter needed to be changed and showed me what it looked like. Shane was very kind and helpful.

Service was fast once they got to me. Wait time was very long. My understanding is that they have one tech who can do inspections. If someone needs something replaced then you have to wait for them to finish with that customer before they can take you.

This Spee Dee has always been reliable. Their first come first serve system works well and they’re honest guys that have gone out of their way to assess issues for me over the years. I haven’t had any complaints over about 10 years. So pretty good service.

These guys are great. I went there based on their Google rating and was not surprised by the friendly professionalism I experienced. We drive in from Louisiana. Our car started what felt like an intermittent cylinder misfire. These guys took the car for a ride to see if they could replicate the problem. The car behaved itself and ran just fine (Murphy lives!). So, the young fellow who took the test drive hooked up their engine analyzer. The engine is fine, so is the transmission. Only two minor problem signals; one for the radio, another for the tire pressure reading. I was expecting to pay at least $100 for that analysis. They charged me nothing. So, friendly, professional, effective and free... four of my favorite words!

They don’t deserve any stars. They messed my car up twice. They don’t know what they are doing. I took my car to get a front end alignment and put my lower arm controls on, they failed to tell me that I needed tire rod's for the driver side and passenger side. They failed at everything charged me too much and I was not happy at the way they did business.i had to take my car to another mechanic just so they could do my front and alignment, right.

I have my vehicle oil changed here but I would be inclined to have any repairs done here than pretty much any of the mechanics in Roanoke. They are fair, honest and get the work done quickly.
