I went to the Minute Clinic to get the flu and Covd vaccines. The process so quick and easy, and the medical professional who gave the vaccines was wonderful. An excellent experience! I will definitely go back, next time I need vaccines.

I was very satisfied with my experience with the CVS Towers Minute Clinic. I was able to get a convenient same-day appointment. Easy to schedule and check-in process and waiting area were fine. I liked the provider who saw me--I felt like she listened to me. She had a direct communication style which is my personal preference. I was confident in diagnosis and treatment plan. Very easy, especially since it is attached to a pharmacy. Will patronize in future, as needed.

Getting a vaccine is seldom (if ever) a barrel of monkeys, but on this occasion -- my first with the CVS MinuteClinic -- it was almost startlingly easy! The appointment started punctually and finished without a hitch. I had no idea that the MinuteClinic option would be so effortless.

This was my first time visiting the minute clinic ! The fact that I could schedule online , upload insurance information and check in made the whole process quick and easy !
For something that would have taken 30 minutes to an hour at my regular PCP, took about 10 minutes !

Id leave zero if optional. There are 3 appointments currently and the doctor didn't show up. No notifications made. Appointments can still be made even tho nobody is here and they have no customer service policy according to their 800 number. They know no schedules and can't notify patients. What a crock of bs.

I would not recommend. I called beforehand to ask about a TB skin test for my new job and was told you come in once for the administration and a second time for the skin reading and result. I then asked the price to which I was told it was $35, one would assume that is the price for the test in general, right? I got a charge on my card for $35 two days after it was administered so the day that my results were given. I also asked the person that administered the test the price to which I was told $35. I receive a charge for $39 two days after that (4 days after the skin test was administered) and when I call customer service I am told that is the price of the second appointment? The woman that I talked to in office never even mentioned a charge for the second appointment and yet they used my card information for it and I certainly would have gone elsewhere had I known it would cost close to $80 rather than close to $40. I had called a velocity care and when asked they confirmed that I would be charged for two appointments so why was cvs minute clinic so sketchy and did not inform me?

I've only been to this place once the minute clinic I mean and it was okay. It's hard for you to get an appointment in here so I try not to get an appointment or try to make an appointment here

The NP I saw (Samantha) was wonderful! Friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. Wait time was nonexistent too. Super clean office. Was easy to get in, get biometric numbers, and get out quickly.

Minute clinic colonial don't bother going there if the the girl with the long dark haired braid/ typically there on weekends... she is one of those that like to tell you to take over the counter medicine just so you have to come back in another day or two so then they might give you medicine, she is the only one that seems to do the double charge scheme there. That or she literally doesn't know what medicine to prescribe people so she just has people come back when there is someone that knows what they are doing. Everyone else is exceptional!!!!

I went here to get a TB Test for work. Came out of there with a Whooping Cough Vaccine that was administered in the wrong area and caused an infection. Still had to go elsewhere for TB Test. Stay Away they are a JOKE

This is my second minute clinic visit at the Peter's Creek CVS and I was very pleased with both visits. I got a COVID shot the first time and it was super quick and easy. The pharmacist was kind and the visit only took like 10min. I went for a PCR test today and that went well too. I waited in my car in the drive thru for about 15min and then they sent over the test packet and instructed me on how to use it. The test was quick and simple and the tech was friendly too.
