I've only been to this place once the minute clinic I mean and it was okay. It's hard for you to get an appointment in here so I try not to get an appointment or try to make an appointment here

The NP I saw (Samantha) was wonderful! Friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. Wait time was nonexistent too. Super clean office. Was easy to get in, get biometric numbers, and get out quickly.

Minute clinic colonial don't bother going there if the the girl with the long dark haired braid/ typically there on weekends... she is one of those that like to tell you to take over the counter medicine just so you have to come back in another day or two so then they might give you medicine, she is the only one that seems to do the double charge scheme there. That or she literally doesn't know what medicine to prescribe people so she just has people come back when there is someone that knows what they are doing. Everyone else is exceptional!!!!

I went here to get a TB Test for work. Came out of there with a Whooping Cough Vaccine that was administered in the wrong area and caused an infection. Still had to go elsewhere for TB Test. Stay Away they are a JOKE

This is my second minute clinic visit at the Peter's Creek CVS and I was very pleased with both visits. I got a COVID shot the first time and it was super quick and easy. The pharmacist was kind and the visit only took like 10min. I went for a PCR test today and that went well too. I waited in my car in the drive thru for about 15min and then they sent over the test packet and instructed me on how to use it. The test was quick and simple and the tech was friendly too.

My daughter was complaining of severe ear pain… So we rushed to the minute clinic knowing they close at seven. We arrived at 6:20 and waited for about 15 minutes for someone to come out… The practitioner asked me what I needed, and I told her that my daughter has been sick, is prone to ear infections, and is complaining of ear pain… She checked her watch and said I can’t see you.. bring her back tomorrow. I said she needs to be seen today, so I’ll take her to urgent care… so she just shrugged her shoulders. It’s one thing to say we can’t see patients after 630 maybe? But why have a sign saying you’re available until 7. Especially for a small child. I work with sick children, and would never turn a child away and expect them to be in misery all night. But the good news is is I really enjoyed the urgent care next door… Treated kindly with a lot of care and they are lovely. We will be using them in the future. In the future, maybe place a sign out saying “not seeing patients” so people don’t stand around waiting to be seen.

Last week I needed to be seen for what was some kind if allergic reaction. The FNP that was working was so kind, so empathic and thorough. We even discussed what I should do if the prescribed regiment didn’t work and it would have been as easy a phone call. I appreciate being so well cared for.

My family had a horrible experience there with Regena. My child went to get his flu shot and my husband and / year old went in first, the NP followed and shut the door on me, locking me out. I knocked 3 different times and she didn’t open the door. My son was so freaked out she stuck him and the needle jerked out, and he had to be stuck again. All the while, I am standing outside in tears knocking on the door. The worst experience of my life with a healthcare provider. I will never use them again. I have reported this to the supervisor and am awaiting a call back.

On 2/11/21 I visited the minute clinic at the cvs on colonial for simple ear wax removal. The nurse practicioner was extremely rough when using the spade tool as a final ditch effort to remove the ear wax.It was extremely painful as she prodded in my ear canal with this tool . Ultimately, She was not able to remove the ear wax and sent me home with antibiotic drops for my ears.Due to the pain and discomfort I experienced, I immediately made an appointment with to an ear, nose throat specialist for the following day. The ENT specialist told me my right ear now had a blood clot and the damage caused by nurse practicioner's futile prodding with the spade tool is most likely the reason I now had this blood clot.My ear canal was damaged and I will never visit another minute clinic....Lesson learned: Go to a specialist who knows what they're doing!

Showed up at 12:55 and was told not to bother to register because they took lunch at 1:30 and there was one person in front of me. I told her it would be quick for strep throat as I had the white sutff on my tonsils so it was pretty obvious. She said she needed a minimum of 20 minutes per patient and that I could come back at 2:30. I went next door to AFC and they took care of me within 30 minutes. The Minute Clinic employee was not friendly nor was she helpful.
