Where do I start? First they don’t even know they are minorities they treat Caucasian’s like royalty and it’s one there that’s pregnant now she does good and have a lot of black friends so with that being said her head is swollen and she has a big mouth, rude and so unprofessional. I and another lady was waiting me there first the owner with her yapping mouth comes over to get the lady who is white and she told them no she was here before me and she motion for me to come and I went right out the doo. It use to be my top go place but I’ll never ever go back.

Mom is fabulous! She has been servicing me for over a year. She is very thorough with my pedicures, eyebrows and most recently my manicures. I always use gel and have never had any problems.

Remodeled, Very clean & Massage chairs are wonderful. Great work. Hardly any wait especially for pedicures. Usually get Manicure, Pedicures & eye brows waxed. I usually walk in. I’ve never made an appointment here. I plan to spend a few hours to get everything done. I make a day of relaxation.

Just go to a reputable nail salon because this is not it. They are constantly rotating technicians that are young and or inexperienced. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and received a young inexperienced technician that I gave a chance. I received a foot fungus in return. That $65 plus tip cost me a lot more. I will not return. They are using the same stuff from SHEIN and Temu. Find a good tech that can do it all, be professional, and considerate. Good luck!

Definitely not coming here again, one of the guys here did my nails and I’m very disappointed. It was my first time coming here, I got a full set of acrylics they’re very short and thick, much shorter than I wanted. I paid 57$ he buffed my nails for almost an hour with his little nail drill, my nail beds still hurt from all of his drilling and on my pinky he buffed it so much it got down to my actual skin under my real nail in the middle. I think he was new and the girls let him do it anyway without actually making sure he was doing it properly. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing, a lady doing someone’s nails behind me looked over twice to see how he was doing but said nothing, just giggled. It makes me sad to look at them, thanks for nothing! :)

The owner is VERY RUDE. (LeLe) I have been receiving services from them for YEARS but she doesn’t value her customers. She recently had renovations done and since then she has raised the prices tremendously. A basic pedicure that was $50 is now $70. She expects her customers to pay EXTRA to cover her new renovations! If you don’t pay with cash that’s ANOTHER fee. She was very rude when I mentioned the price difference and told me to go elsewhere after being a loyal customer since I was 14! The only tech that can do a good job is Van. The owner has gotten lazy and very hostile. It’s sad because I used to love it there.

First trip was gel set and pedicure. A couple days later the entire gel came off and another nail chipped. I had it replaced to a non-matching silver and was relaxed.
Today the middle finger lost the complete gel. I went back and told to stop picking my nails off. Mind you was told by the owner she did fixed nails for me the day prior and no more fixing. It will be $5.00 each. I inquired to see why they are popping off and chipping. She just kept yelling at me.
I have great and strong nail beds. I informed her the young man did so many coats and asked if that could not be a reason. She never answered and started speaking in her native language and walked away. .
Ms. Lynn fixed the middle finger and matched the polish. She apologized for the owners behavior.
Tonight upon coming home my thumb cracked. So be mindful I spent $100 dollars less than a week ago for this and pedicure. I have never had this happen before.
I have been there at least five times and will not be returning as they could not answer my question and blamed me. I should have learned watching others. Complain about various services and read reviews.
Pictures are in order to the fix of mismatching colors. Today middle finger and hours later thumb. It has been less than a week. Also the other hand which mismatches also due to a faulty job. I don’t mind paying for a professional job. The prices are high and customer service and quality lacking.

I literally got my lashes done yesterday (clusters) that suppose to stay on for a week or two , they came off the following day. I called to notify the boss how sorry their service was and she called me a lier. I don’t recommend and the prices change every time you come for service.. 0/10!
