We were in the Valley View Mall in Old Navy trying on clothes when we were told to evacuate from a false alarm active shooter.
All of the employees were helping customers get to safety, especially Felicia!
Felicia was very helpful and calm getting everyone quiet and safe.
They definitely deserve a raise!!

If you are shopping for cheap clothes this is your place. It's the Payless shoes of clothing. Not very good quality but you can get more for an inflated price

visited here about a week ago. everything was great except for this one worker. had a pretty creepy vibe about him and kept pestering me and had horrible customer service. i believe his name was travis. he also seemed very weird with his other coworkers.
