Good luck getting help. They always hide in the back and act like you are bothering them when you come in. Now I know why I never see any customers there!

Call multiple times to check on an item, was told it was there I called to let them know I was coming. when I got there they didn't have any of the parts, and I had to go all the way across town after just going across town to another O'Reilly's . it was a waste of time the crew seemed as if they have no knowledge while I'm going through my situation somebody else is having a problem they just really didn't have it together. I really don't know if I'll be back I mean I can't even trust the part will be there when I get there.
