Quick service!! The women were very good explaining the processes. Very professional! Picking out glasses was a breeze allowing me to browse. Took a few looks but with help I was able to choose with help from the staff! Thank you!

Ms. K was very helpful, explaining well what I was to do for the exam. Dr. Khan was very careful and complete with her exam and noted two prescriptions for me one for reading, one for playing piano.
Ms. Sandy was very helpful also with selecting a pair of frames just the right size and shape for my face.

I worked with Sandy Fox in Roanoke Virginia she did a good job working with me getting my glasses and sunglasses. She told me what the price was before we got started i already had the frames pick out and she was with in $3.00
That what I call knowing your job if you need glasses go see Sandy Fox she know what she is doing

I have always had a good experience here until recently. Rude, stereotypical staff gave me an incorrect replacement contact lens for astigmatism then insinuated I was untruthful about the lens that I had picked up. The woman’s demeanor, body, language, and tone was extremely rude and judgmental. She kept saying “if” the wrong contact was pulled. Then, she falsified information against the contact company my prescription is with, claiming they told them I was not allowed to receive another trial. I called Cooper Vision who then advised me they never said such a thing and do not have limits on trials. I recorded the conversation and will be sending it to their head office.

My experience at Pearl Vision was exceptional. I called and wanted to check on my benefits, etc. and Sandra answered the phone. I explained my dilemma and she was ready to help. Her kindness is rare and I'm so glad I called. It was the most pleasant optical appointment I've ever had. Thanks Sandra and I will be back!

The Pearle Optical center has the most amazing staff. I had issues with my insurance and they were so helpful. It was a frustrating situation and it was handled with patience and kindness. They even took time to fix my glasses that I’d broke years ago.

The girls inside the Pearle Vision Optical center were super helpful! These ladies were all employed at a vision center in Covington, VA at one time, and they were great there, so I followed them an hour away to get them to help with my new glasses!
