We had to wait 6 days to get an appointment. Our dryer drum stopped spinning The repair man was here for a total of 15 minutes. He said it was fixed and charged us 210.00. We ran the dryer and the drum stopped turning again after 10 minutes. Also he never reattached the dryer vent. It was venting into the air behind the dryer. Very frustrating .

Worker was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only problem is I believe that the $100.00 charge should have been credited as it used to be because you did the work.

Trey was very knowledgeable and had the issue diagnosed quickly. He was able to fix the issue same day. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

Rick was so kind, helpful and informative. Communication with Rick and Scott was great. They diagnosed the issue, but I’m not sure I am moving forward because the price of the fan motor is very high. Based on the diagnosis and communication leading up to it, I highly recommend this company. Next time I need help, I’ll call them.
