Came in around 8:25pm, gf decided she wanted a mouse. And the guy and girl walking around just talking. help a customer near the pets. We waited till they was done and walked away. a customer elderly woman couldn't get her heavy purchase in her cart. I asked if she needed help she said yes. Came right by us didn't ask if we needed help. When we had to go find some one they told us after 8:30 we don't sell pets. Not a real rule. They said it would take 10 mins to do paper work and pull out a box. Maybe if you wasn't too busy standing around talking and hiding from people. I had to help the elderly lady put her stuff in her cart.

They refused to groom my mini Aussie rescue because she was anxious and growled. She is 25 pounds with practically no teeth and literally cannot bite. I expressed her anxiety etc on the intake form. If they could have told me they would refuse service on the front end, I could have avoided the 45 minute drive each way. Definitely don't expect them to groom your rescue if they are at all anxious or reactive. My usual groomer has zero issues but is overbooked right now. Now I see why this Petsmart had appointments so soon when everyone else is booked way out. It's because they have poor service.

When a manager doesn’t want to acknowledge a customer or even speak to the customer, that is rude as hell. I didn’t do anything but walk in and ask if they had something, and instead she walks off without know what she was doing. Then she tells the cashier instead of telling the customer. Jaysha that was wrong, and you might think this is wrong. But as someone working in a customer service store, you only showed your customer service needs work!!!!

heard theyre discriminatory against pitbulls. wouldnt allow a mixed pitbull into the playpen.

They don't service you if you have a certain breed of dog like a pit bull. 4 month old pitbull wasn't allowed inside because of its breed It's a pet store all pets are allowed aren't they? Pretty pathetic to treat an animal like this when your a pet store. Will never purchase from you again
