Walked in at 545 pm and grooming says you can walk in anytime until 8pm online. Show up and the lights are off and the cashier said there were no appts so they went home. Please don’t advertise walk ins if it’s not true.

Took my dog there for walk in toe trim(during walk in time), they had left early that day, went back 4 days later and the wait was an hour for walk in, but no one else was waiting, called to make an appointment and the girl said she was going to get the appointment book, I waited 8 minutes on hold and then it hung up on me. Very poor customer service

They discriminate against the second most lovable dog breed and known nanny dogs, pitbulls, yet they allow the true most aggressive breed, chihuahuas. The statistics on pitbulls are skewed due to many similar looking dogs, such as other bully breeds, staffordshires, and other similar looking dogs being misrepresented as pitbulls. Anyone with a pitbull should go to Petco instead, they don't discriminate against any breeds.

I’m unsure how you claim to be a pet store yet discriminate against bully breeds ! Never again will I spend a red cent in any of your stores ! I have purchased thousands of dollars of products for my bully breed from you but never again ! Good ridens! Shame on you for even owning a pet store yet don’t allow all breeds discrimination!

Friendly attendants and they were gentle with my dog. Did a great job, my dog was bathed, nails tried and hair cut

They don't service you if you have a certain breed of dog like a pit bull. 4 month old pitbull wasn't allowed inside because of its breed It's a pet store all pets are allowed aren't they? Pretty pathetic to treat an animal like this when your a pet store. Will never purchase from you again

Trouble finding employee to assist with getting fish out. They keep their tanks clean and have a good assortment of fish. Bought some of the ghost shrimp. They were .99 and get one half. Associate was very knowledgeable but unfortunately my betta didn't approve of those shrimp in his tank. They are all dead but 1. Because of this I moved him into smaller tank
