I was very impressed by the greeting we received on entering the bank. Blakley, the Manger was extraordinary kind and respectful. He helped us to navigate through the system and some tuff issues as well as correct and change things to prevent future errors. He was very generous with his time and so kind. I would recommend this bank and this branch completely.

Older branch New people! But the ladies here are the sweetest! Very patient and kind with a lot of knowledge of online banking and service fees.

The bank tellers here are soooo rude and Ghetto. They need to find better help here. Will drive all the way across town moving forward to use the one in south roanoke.

They replaced all my friends that used to work here at Valley Bank and now the place is not open on Saturday Morning. They have even cut hours, why even have people or a brick building now because I work 9 to 5 and I cannot make it to your place in time so I can only talk to the ATM :(
