A friend and I visited here last night… my 1st time (she goes all the time) we both got Mani Pedis. My guy Tommy was great! He was funny, he talked and joked with us the whole time. Made me feel very comfortable and did a great job! I’ll be back again for sure!

I went in there just to get my nails and toes painted. And the Asian man start yelling at me. Saying, “I only paint nails, I don’t paint toes. If you don’t get pedicure. I told you that on the phone”
First of all I didn’t even call before I came. Not only that. I was going to them to see if I could get my own view of them. I had been a few times before.
But after this today, I refuse to give my money to nasty attitude people. There is way to many more nail salons around Roanoke that will be happy to get my 40.00 just to paint my nails

Been coming here for almost two years, always been a good customer, never complained even if they messed up or did not do something my way, and still have always tipped good. Today I called as soon as I clocked out and asked if they had anyone or were busy and the man said no. I said I'd be there in 3-5 minutes. Got there in exactly 3 minutes and the man was very rude and being a smart ass about me calling ahead and I told him I literally just talked to him. Said something smart again when I walked to the bathroom to wash my hands and I heard him. Told him I definitely won't be staying n will take my business elsewhere!!! Will definitely never have to work about Me ever coming back! Very unprofessional, especially when I've been coming there for years .

Absolutely awful. I went in and they got me right in which I appreciated. However they rushed through and the only dark green color apparently was this one. Thought it was weird but I went with it. I went in today and this is ONLY SIX HOURS LATER. Not ok. Nine out of 10 nails are peeling or damaged in less than 24 hours and I don’t have a strenuous job. Do NOT go here!!Update: I called and asked to be refunded since I could not go in and have them redone and was told “we don’t do that here. I can’t refund”Service: Acrylic nails

Went an hr before closing they rushed through our pedi cures we got treated terrible by the owner. The lady was extremely rude an talked to us like we were not even customers. Jewelry was dirty an had an inch of dust on it she was asking 20. 00 4 a pair of earrings you could get at goodwill for 3.99. Needless to say it was our first visit an our last. We will never go bk there again. An I mean never. If her customer service skills don't improve an she is just a miserable salon owner then close down lady.
