I have a storage unit here. It’s good, but there’s never a human being there and carts are sometimes hard to find. I tried to change my unit to a larger one, but that proved to be too much trouble. I gave up with the phone calls and trying to do it. It’s taken care by a management company that just didn’t want to take the time for me. More like it had to convenience them to do it. Stupid.

I have had a unit at the Franklin Road location for 10 months. In that time, the building has consistently been clean and secure. The customer service I have received from Cheyenne, Sara, and Doug has been excellent. Thank you!

Deveese went above and beyond today, he helped when he was obligated to do so and we are incredibly thankful. Very honest, mature, respectable while presenting a professional imagine for public storage.
I didn’t feel like I was talking to a sales robot, but another great person in this world, just great at his job!

We have rented many spaces here for years. We currently have two spaces. In the parking lot someone almost hit us because they were speeding. We had a truck and trailer and had to slam on brakes. We did honk the horn and I took a picture of the tag because the woman’s driving was so scary I thought we might need the tag to tell the police about possible drinking and driving. But that is all. We left them alone and went to do another load with our trailer. Apparently she might be a new hire. I know this because the woman who works there by the name of Chey came out with the bad driver and three others. She then proceeded to ask us a lot of personal questions about why we were there and what we were doing etc in front of strangers and her bad driver trainee. They followed us around. Took pictures of us as well as videos and were gossiping the entire time. She was speeding. She didn’t look before turning. That’s a 100% fact. Pull up the cameras. So I don’t know if she somehow turned the story on us to have something to bond with her maybe new boss but the whole experience was so bad we are about to call corporate. This was unacceptable. Made my whole family and I feel in danger when someone almost hit US. They stalked us, talked about us and then asked us personal questions. We will be looking to clear out our second storage unit here as fast as possible because it is now an unsafe space for our family to be. Dialing corporate.

I have called twice about issues and never gotten a return call. Today, it was about safety and the intense smell of fuel inside the building. Other tenants moving out noticed it also. Apparently, there is no property manager at this location and you need to schedule appointments to see or speak to anyone, even in situations like this. I can't understand how every other storage facility in the area can have regular business hours with someone on site every day and Public Storage (at this prime location) can't! In situations like this, there should be a sense of urgency.

They doubled my rent after 3 months. The property manager said that he is adjusting the rate to market value.

De'Veese Brown was awesome in dealing with when it came to us getting a storage unit. He came in & showed us different units & allowed us to choose what fit us best!! His customer service was excellent!! I most definitely recommend Public Storage on Franklin Rd for your storage needs!!
