It’s such a shame they have to purposely damage their baby clothes so that people don’t steal them.
I wanted to purchase baby items and a 5 pack onesie had a security tag poked through all 5 onesies. Damaging everyone. I brought multiple items to check out and every single thing had holes!
How can this be a store policy? I was told it was so people don’t steal but then have to discount the items at the end of the day for those who will still buy it damaged. This is disappointing and I’ll be reaching out to Ross Corporate.
The employees were very nice and I understand they’re not at fault since they’re following the store policy.

Came into store to let my daughter try on a bra and the manager would not take the alarm off the bra she said it has to be one bra on hanger which I don’t understand what’s the difference and the bra we wanted it was no others like it so why would she try on a bra we’re not getting. Very unprofessional she needs to be replaced asap not customer friendly

The store is great and great prices. The reason for the low stars is the checkout time is horrible. I have been in line for 20 minutes and I had to ask them to get help before they would open up another register. That is not good customer service. If you do not mind waiting a long time to checkout. This is a great place to shop. The people are great but they only have 1 register open and the line is at the back of the store. You just need more cashiers. I think if they had more cashiers they would do more business. The staff is really nice. But you can tell that the one cashier was extremely stressed out because of the long line. She handled herself very professionally under the circumstances she was put in. Once they got another cashier. The line went down very quickly. The sad part about this is I had to tell them to open up another register. if it would not have been for the wait time to check out. I would’ve had to give them a five star.
