This is a nice place inside the mall. It's relatively large and is clean. Full of clothes and other sorts of items. Staff here were nice!

We take our daughter here pretty frequently and we always have a positive experience. The staff and management are knowledgeable, friendly and provide great customer service. The prices are on par with similar stores. We always end up leaving with more than we intend to due to the associates talking up deals and promos.

I didn't care too much for this clothing store. It obviously caters to a certain ethnicity, which was 90 % of who was shopping there. So much for "diversity".

Typical Rue21. Good sales. Very friendly. Easily accessible after a walk through the mall. Clean. Nice store, well kept. Variety of jeans and shirts to choose from.

My daughter loves this store. The clothes are trendy and cute. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.A few months ago I had bought my daughter a pair of cargo pants and they lasted a month before they ripped. I took them in the store and they were nice enough to give me a full refund. That means a lot to me considering I have to dress a teen daughter lol

Staff was friendly and personable. Found some good deals even though they were not marked in store. They rang up at the register. Store was clean and well organized.
