Clothes bins in front are always full never empty out. Lazy ladies in back refuse to empty called three times still the same. No excuse when its right on store lot. Will take elsewhere.

Great selection of items, especially woman’s clothing. Absolutely the nicest staff. They had tomatoes that they were giving away and sharing with all the shoppers. The cashier was amazing. I mentioned that we had dropped our son off at college. She hugged me and prayed for him. I know that might not be for everyone but, it was like she looked at me and knew exactly what I needed. I won’t forget that moment.

About 2 weeks ago I visited the thrift store on Williamson Rd, and I am appalled by the treatment I received. The employees were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I've shopped at many stores, but I've never experienced such blatant disrespect in my life. The staff made racist comments and mocked people's pronouns. To top it off, one employee insisted that the bodysuit I purchased was a dress. How absurd is that? I'll be contacting headquarters to report this unacceptable behavior. Avoid this place if you value basic decency and respect.

Drove 30 miles to stop here with five trash bags of clothing to donate only to be turned away, because, they are not accepting donations. When I asked about this I was told because it was raining by one worker and another said because they have nobody to sort the clothes. Will Salvation Army will never see another dime from me or mine.

Went to go donate and bunch of clothes, decor, and furniture after work but it was after “donating hours” even though there were boxes of stuff sitting at the donation door, I wasn’t going to so the same. So as I was pulling off, I noticed a MASSIVE dumpster (not a square one like behind a restaurant).. this thing was FULL of items they had thrown away. Toys, clothes, furniture, you name it. Apparently they weren’t “good enough” to be in their store. So I’ll be donating elsewhere, where it’s appreciated. And to the employee who reads this, there’s no need to respond saying these are things we can not sell.

Not a very good customer service. I was there for 30 minutes or more, not a single employee spoke to me or acknowledge my presents
