First of all, they need checkers to check you out, and if they're gonna block me in after I check out, they need more people for that. There's no need to try and hold me hostage after I paid. This store is not very clean. It is not arranged like other Sam's I've been in. The selections are quite limited, except for junk food. They could do a commercial "We got the junk." Unimpressed.

Smells bad most of the time but they generally have what I need and the lines aren't bad. I like Publix fruit better, but Sam's has it all.

Great place with a friendly staff where I got a covid booster and flu shot in the same visit. It was easy to schedule an appointment — no wait!

Went with my mother who has epilepsy. Employee was asked to turn off strobe light as it was causing a seizure. He was laughing and turned it to a faster speed. My mom ended up screaming and asking him to stop.
We left and the guy decided to chase me down and yell at me for getting him in trouble. I told him behavior has consequences but this behavior in itself was ridiculous.
Is this really the kind of customer service you want to provide?

I go to sam's club a lot all around the country. This particular location is very inconsistent with what they stock. Half of the time I can't make a list of what I need because more often than not, they're out; and asking for help to find something is pretty useless. Most of the staff is too busy gossiping instead of wanting to help. There are a few great staff. A few have gone out of their way to help, but most are uninterested in being bothered by any questions I may have and/or to help where to find something. I've been given wrong information so many times that I've lost count and find it better to find things myself. Parking can be tough. People double park and save spaces. It's crazy! People are constantly parked in the disabled spots without a placard or tag. Staff are outside blocking them talking to their friends. (The lot in front of the entrance with the side parking area and the pick up) I've been there twice and the gas station was closed. I've also been there where they closed the store itself because the power went out. One of the staff told me that they were opening and not to leave. I got inside only to find that most of the produce had been sitting unrefrigerated for hours and had gone bad. I've bought meat twice that was spoiled and had to be returned. I've also purchased some produce that was bad. They do refund without any issues but who wants to go back with spoilt meat? They need to find people who are willing to help their customers find things in the store. They also need to start stocking brands and products regularly instead of buying them for a short time to stop and start again in the future. I've had staff tell me they don't carry certain products and then when I point out they have it in stock according to the app, they are often shocked. The customer service department should start helping the people in the line instead of entertaining people cutting to the front with questions and tending to them.

Sam's Club kicked me out with my 2 kids under 4... I had my card and was just getting cupcakes for seraphinas school and all because I didn't have the right card (couldn't come in until 10. It was 9)... I was the only person stopped when about 6 other ppl passed and didn't get asked what card they had I was literally standing beside the cupcakes and going to check out and leave... But because I was the only with kids they kick me out!!! Don't even let me go through the exit doors make me go back through the enter doors... That's fine... I use to shop there 1 or 2 times a week to get all my groceries but not anymore!!! Y'all have lost my business!!!!!!!!!

Have been a customer over 20 years. Todays pickup left me wondering what is going on. Only got half of the meat i ordered. The reason you go to wholesale club is to buy in bulk. Steak which is normally a half inch thick was so thin you could see through it. Ordered 7 lbs of stew meat and only got 2.4 lbs. Called to ask what happened, to see if there were restrictions. No restrictions they said after they put me on hold for 26 minutes. After all that time they said I cant tell you what happened. She said I need to get the Manager. Well then why put me on hold that long if you were not contacting a manager? Very poor customer service. COSTCO cant come too soon.

Not only will no one answer the phone, there isn't even a VM available. Frankly I'd settle for an email box I could contact. The Tire Center in Roanoke is still closed and I can't even get anyone on the phone to discuss options? Will Walmart honor the Sams Club tire warranty? Of course, the Walmart tire centers seem to be closed too. So the nearest I can tell my tire warranty is useless because I can't get it serviced anywhere unless I drive to Lynchburg on a spare. You would think the Tire Center would be one area that social distancing would not be an issue. I'm aware the the pandemic has placed businesses in a rather difficult position, but I would think that open and honest communication would still be possible.

Ran in to Sam's Club yesterday to pick up a few things and, guess what, the store had been completely changed. I think the only thing not moved were the meats, freezers and coolers. We didn't have time to walk up and down every aisle, so we left,

There was a man at the door spraying down the carts/kids seats with Lysol, then wiping them down with a microfiber. I thanked him for being proactive.
