I went to get kitchen and dining room furniture and Charles found everything I needed. It's a nice size furniture store that has everything you will need to furnish your home or office.

Super nice folks! I searched all the local stores for a sofa to replace mine because I've been diagnosed with a degenerative back issue, and my current sofa exacerbates it. At Schewels I found a Lazy Boy sofa which turned out to be the only comfortable sofa in town. They were helpful getting my financing since I have a credit freeze on my credit bureau accounts. I scheduled a donation pickup of my sofa, and the folks at Schewels went out of their way to coordinate the delivery of my new sofa the same day my old one is being picked up! Also, Schewels had the best prices compared to the other stores! Evidently some of them are charging much more than Schewels due to the tariffs! I can't tell you how glad I am to find this sofa at Schewels!

Excellent sales staff— I was never pushed to purchase anything. They respectfully showed me the furniture I was interested in and explained their warranty policy.

I went into this location on 8/2. We spent almost 3 hrs picking out our special living room set for our new home. Charles assisted and was absolutely amazing and very patient ensuring we get exactly what we want. Got a quote on it at even an amazing price a sale was currently running. Locked in for a return in 2 weeks for our down payment. When I arrive they start the process from scratch I stop them to explain that I've already done that part and shared my quote that was given to me prior visit. From here things got weird. Quote that I was told stands for 90 days is now irrelevant and asking for almost triple of what I was given. Manager is now on floor telling me that it must have been bad math and they aren't honoring the price. I was so excited to move forward on this purchase and me personally as a business owner think it should have been handled better than this. We must do better in businesses from small LLCs to corporate. I wasn't asking for anything but to be honored what I originally was quoted and the price that I was originally given on the quote. From a great experience to a very discerning one.

Hello, I went to visit the Roanoke location and Mr. George Bruce, was my salesman. George Bruce is the best, he told me all about the couch that I was purchasing He told me about the four months with no interest which really helped me out.
He’s is an all around a five star salesman, and
a great person to deal with.

Absolutely the worst place to purchase a bed from, bought a bed from them 2 years ago and have numerous issues ongoing that have yet to be settled or resolved in a timely manner. Still under a warranty for 5 years and have had the most issues I’ve ever experienced with this product and company.

The only time i plan to go back to this store is to pickup an item i purchased since the one in the store had damage. The sales guy did a good job and it was not his fault that there inventory is so scattered across the store, the worst part of my experience was at checkout, the gal helping me had no idea what she was doing. It took about 30minutes just to pay

I was thankful my table was on sell!! The only complaint I have is how PUSHY the sells people are about the extended warranty. One no thanks should be sufficient.
