People talk bad about this place, but the night crew is on it. Their milkshakes are fantastic, the foods good, and the staff is always super nice.
Update: The people that make the milkshakes on night shift deserve a raise.

Advice: Don't tip here! Avoid the Sheetz on orange ave for food orders. Employees hide from customers and socialize, especially at night when management isn't there. The newer Sheetz locations are better, especially with to-go food service.

I got at the drive through at 7:56 places my order (2 orders of fires that’s it) and I paid for my order at 9:20pm that’s how long it took them to just take my money. Then I pay, it’s 10:37 I ask for a refund at that point. Well over 2 hours in a drive through with no food sad part is my food was ready and they weren’t even busy!

Food took a very long time . Seem like kitchen needed help. Bathroom was very dirty also . Store was not busy but seemed understaffed. Also , ordered bagel and it was extremely tough.

Gas service is great, but it took these people 20 minutes when there’s no one in the building to make our food… so two stars. Better fix y'all's food crew.

I arrived in the drive through a little after 11pm with my pup and chose to do some take out from there so I wouldn’t have to leave him in the car alone.
I was quoted by a gentlemen on the menu speaker by about an hour due to the heavy holiday clientele pop they were receiving at the end of Christmas Night. I was happy to wait the hour because Sheetz is the only thing open in Roanoke let alone this side of town on this day of all days.
The woman with braids who worked tonight took my money at the window. She was very friendly and let me know that there were a few orders in front of me. I have been going to this Sheetz weekly if not nightly since I moved back home a year ago. This woman is the most patient employee at this location. I proudly vouge for the people when I say if any are accusing her of being rude, they obviously have no respect for 24/7 sales & Customer Service on a corporate level. This woman knows this location inside and out and has been there loyal, through several turn overs of staff.
I waited at the second window until 12:56 when my food was delivered. The gentleman who delivered it was also pleasant and thanked me for my wait.
The night crew at this location, if they do not already, deserve heavy recognition. The night life in Roanoke County is alive and well. This is 1 OF 5 crews that I can think of for food/convient store locations that stay open after 12am in the entire county or at least on this side of the county that work all night to service the public. They kill it every time I come through. Thank you for keeping us fed on Christmas! Much love from a local small business GM.

The 2 for $1 hotdogs used to be a good deal. I would go out of my way to fuel up at this location just to grab a couple. Now, the hotdogs are so small that you can't even taste them. Ridiculous.

Lady with braids working at night is super rude! Waited 28 minutes for an app sampler. Politely asked to cancel my order since it was taking so long she walked off grabbed my order shoved it at me and said here. Asked her what her problem was and she said I cussed her out! Bad service and false accusations not cool lady

To get gas it’s fine here but their food service is terrible. They completely messed up my order once and I will never return here for food.

The woman who works nights with the braids is so rude and unpleasant. This location is a few minutes away from my house, but i avoid it at night because of her. she acts like she doesn’t want to do her job. Especially if it comes to loading money on a gift card or cash app. She will flat out refuse or have such an attitude about it. Do better at who you hire. I, as customer shouldn’t feel uncomfortable going into the store because of a rude employee!

Everyone's always amazing and I genuinely love this place. Always get a whole steak sub and theyve never made the food bad it's always been amazing. I hope they stay this way forever
