I just got back from the beach and decided to let the pros handle getting my car in semi-Normal condition. I usually clean my car myself. Here are pics of the after. I went to the store to buy microfiber clothes so I could “buff” out all of the water spots left on my car (pictured). I’ll never go back :/ it was quite pricey too, definitely not worth the money, including tip, over $80. The drops on the leather are from the leather conditioning I paid for.

Went to this car wash today for my second time and gave out some coupons to help our customers save money! Did not expect a free car wash from Jacob! Thank you and thank you to Hasheed! Probably didn’t spell that right but thank you for making my car look on point!!

Best Carwash in SW Virginia. Plenty of inside and outside features and add ons. Fully recommended. Always tip. I cant believe the amount of people who don't tip for a full service wash.

I visited today for about the 3rd time in 3 months. What I witnessed was UNPROFESSIONAL service and employees. As I sat in my car waiting a large male was leaning on a customer's car that had gone inside, the customer was a younger man that was threatened by the employee, Taunted, (by the large male with shell clothing on) screamed on, put his finger in the customer's face, and threatened also by the employee. I quickly moved my vehicle and called for help by management. I was put on hold for way to long, I called back and spoke with Abby and shared my experience she told me she wasnt there but was headed back to handle and I could call back Tuesday for a manager Mike Bell (owner).My other experiences were lazy/ half way doing their jobs and rude employees as well. I usually tip very well for hard work but I figured threw this tough times andthis C19 it may be trying times for most so being the person I am I gave it one last try.I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. It may be ok for those that can handle these types of behaviors but as a mother and kids paying attention and excited to be at a carwash and see Men working this hasn't been a good experience at all. I am appalled by the lack of profession, disrespect, and attitudes I witnessed today.As a business owner and operator I would never put up with the behavior I witnessed out of this male today wearing my company logo. You never lean on a customer's car, provoke a fight, (not to mention with someone much younger and smaller) scream at others, putting your finger on another let alone touching the young man's nose, and use the language I heard him use today.Finally I will follow up with Mike as the young lady requested. My son was watching and heard. This is not a good example and I'm ashamed of the lack of management and professionalism today.

Twice now I’ve gone and thought I pumped gas into my car just to top off and my miles to empty remained the same, I was optimistic that maybe the first was bad timing but this time I was shocked to see not only did I just give them free money but was told I had indeed put gas in my tank smh. Nice people though

Nope. Just don't. I cannot believe I actually paid someone to clean and detail my car, and leave with it looking like it does. The interior wasn't cleaned, no scent like I asked, vacuum job was piss poor, spots on my car hadn't been washed, and check out the pics of my tires. I will NEVER go back.

Very disappointed. I paid extra to have my mats washed but they didn’t even vacuum the dirt from under them. They didn’t wipe down all of the inside of the car. I won’t be back. It’s not worth the money.

My wife and I stopped here for a car wash after driving 1400 miles from North Dakota. There was a little bit of a wait to get through the line. The staff was friendly and asked if we wanted to get out or drive through with the car. We opted to stay in the car. The staff pre rinsed before we entered the automated section and the automated section didn't take very long to wash the SUV. When we got to the end we had to ask where to go and and where to stop to have the tires cleaned. While that was happening I had to go inside to pay. The car was really clean and I was impressed with that. Sometimes automated washes can leave areas not clean but this one did a great job. The price is reasonable and I would recommend this location.
