I've been stopping there weekly since 1998 (my office is nearby). love the food, clean bathrooms, and the employees are nice as well. Not sure how I got a SF location though, since I've lived in Roanoke since 1991

Best gas station in cavespring nice spot to park the truck and grab some amazing food that they offer beer fridge is ice cold and soda as well always my go-to

Not a best one, staff is rude. store was shut due to covid exposure but employees have been telling it was due to renovation

Shocking disregard for COVID protection standards. I was stunned to see no spacing on a recent visit and staff not wearing masks. This is unacceptable on all levels right now. Really disappointed and stunned.

Staff is friendly, food is made daily and much better than a drive through. Refills 99 cents on drinks. Bring in your own cup or reuse a cup from there. It gets pretty crowded at lunch time by 12:15 but they are pretty quick.

Rude person at the hot food counter. Went in today to pick something up really quick and had my small puppy in my arms as it is hot and dont leave him in car. It was actually quite comical when woman told me I was in a restaurant. seriously since when is a gas station a Restaurant. I normally dont take my dog places but in this case it was necessary and I'm sorry. My dog is cleaner than their food!!!!

How hard is it to keep the pump receipt paper stocked? Why would you only have one person working the register at rush hour?

You can never get receipts at the gas pump. Rating is solely based on this. Every visit always see the cashier for reciept.
