Wow....I just looked this company up after seeing the negative reviews and post on Facebook. This company isn't in the BetterBusiness Bureau(BBB) database.This is to the Business Owner, never engage in reviews that are negative. As a Owner, I know you want to explain your side. From one Business Owner to Another and being in a Urban Business. This is a bad look on your part by engaging in the review. It shows you are argumentative. Some things aren't worth saying when it's public and in regards to your business and customer service.Sister 2 Sister Boutique, should have handled this in another manner. You have the side of the customer and a cashier. From hands on experience, your first mistake was engaging in the negative reviews. Your second issue is not having signs posted, and not telling your customers all sales are final.Remember Customer Service is everything. Resolving issues are better than creating the negative publicity.I wish your Company nothing but success .

My Advice don't shop here. The clothes you are buying are the same clothes from online sites such as Shein, Flamingo, and even some of the fraudulently sites that has been advertising merchandise for 3.99.and customers beeing scammed out their hardworking money.I shopped this store for the 1st time the Cashier could ask if I was was anew customer but couldn't say all sales are final.While speaking with the manager she was rude , inconsiderate, and lacked empathy.My advice don't shop this store. The customer service is horrible. The merchandise is cheap from fraudulent websites.

1st of all its very unprofessional for you to go back and forth with a customer. This shows what type of professionalism you on.2nd No one asked my mother if she wanted to try anything on.3rd I WOULDN'T shop here cause the quality of your clothing is cheap. They are from websites that scam customers out of their money.I'm not going to do the back and forth with you and neither will my mother. THAT'S UNPROFESSIONAL ON YOUR PART. YOU SHOULD HAVE EXCHANGED THE OUTFIT AND YOUR CASHIER SHOULD HAVE TOLD A NEW CUSTOMER ABOUT YOUR RETURN POLICY. AS YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE SIGN POSTED.I came in your store today to and took pictures of it. This conversation and little show you have going on is over. Don't reply. We will not do the back and forth with you.You have a professional day!!!!!
