The gentleman who helped us was working alone. Age had several folks to help but because he was so kind, and managed his time professionally, we chose to wait. We are so thankful we did! He was extremely knowledgeable and really helped me choose the one that was best for my current back condition. Sleep Number is definitely the choice for us!

Bought a king full split. And it’s been a year and they have yet to fix or replace the bed. The mattress are5-6 inches apart. $8,000 bed. Roll over and arm or knee fails in crack

We were very pleased with our salesman,Brad.He answered all our questions.And was very thorough.We had some delivery issues,and he was always very helpful on solving the problems.I would highly recommend him in selecting a sleep number bed.

The level of unprofessional behavior by this company is beyond belief. I am livid, I am writing a review while angry... so... take that for what it is. I have been saving up and waiting to get a sleep number for some time, and when I finally got one - they managed to delay my delivery twice. I had to wait a month for the nearest delivery date, took time off of work (unpaid) and sat around the house for hours... nothing. No phonecalls, no alerts, NOTHING. There was 0 communication. After a reschedule, same thing... this time though I received a phonecall saying the bed was definitely on the way, but it was going to be around 5pm. 7pm rolls around, and I am told "oh, they canceled your delivery, didnt they tell you?" If you want a sleep number, go get a truck, drive to their distribution warehouse, get it yourself. Do NOT pay them a penny for their delivery fees. It doesnt matter how amazing the product is if you never get to use it. I will not recommend a sleep number to anyone who does not have the capacity to go and get it themselves. Great product, awful company.

This was our first time checking out this store in Roanoke. Was greeted at the store, etc which was nice. However, I was started to get pretty frustrated towards the end. My husband would share his opinions but once I would start talking I would get cut off every time by the sales person. Sadly, the sales person, John, would even say, “I’m not trying to cut you off but …. This is what I would do.” As a customer it was rude. Let the people express their concerns! Geeze.You couldn’t even think while testing our the beds either because the sales person would just keep talking.

John was great to work with on my purchase. Appreciate his thoroughness with such a big investment. Delivery team was great. Negative reviews I have read on here I can understand and rationalize… I’m not generalizing all folks, but this is a big purchase and investment in one’s self. And this is a high-end product and not everybody that shops this store front will understand that. Make your on conclusion.

We had a pleasant experience at the store. However, I can’t say the same for the delivery. The day of delivery I was told to be home from 1-4pm. At 4:30 I reached out to customer service and was told deliveries were running behind. At 5:30 I contacted the store and was told they couldn’t help and I would need to call customer service. I call customer service and I’m told a worker was injured at the house prior to mine and that an email was sent out letting me know the delivery had been rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I never received an email or phone call. The customer service rep said she would call me the next day to see if the delivery could be expedited. When I didn’t hear back I reached out again and was told there are no deliveries any sooner for my area and I’ll need to wait.I understand things happen and that’s not why I’m upset. I’m upset by the lack of communication I’ve reached from this company. If something happens to delay a delivery the customer should not have to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive the product. While I’m looking forward to getting my new mattress I am feel like this is not a good start with this company and I just hope the next delivery makes it here.

We had a great experience at the Sleep Number store this weekend with John. Though the store was busy, he never made us feel rushed or like he was skipping info in order to get to the next person. Purchasing and scheduling delivery was easy in store.
