I have been to this vet many times and the outcome is always the same I lose the rest of the day and most of my bank account. I don't think I have ever spent so much time in a vets office before in my life. It doesn't matter if it's a simple matter or something more serious it always takes HOURS to get through this place and I think they charge by the minute! And the worst part is I really wish that the service was better because I just love the doctor and the staff they are great but an experience of excellent is more than just being a great personality you also have to consider a persons time and money and I cannot continue to waste my time and money when I know I can get better elsewhere. It's very unfortunate, but it's the fact! I've even mentioned it to him a couple of times but it has done no good.

Been going there for 13 1/2 years for my Red Heeler Rusty. Dr.s Preston and Mary Thornton have always gone above n beyond, they have saved his life several times, staff is always so caring also, Love them so much

I cannot thank the Southern Hills staff enough! My dog injured her paw while we were on vacation. They fit her in for an urgent care appointment, provided exceptional care, and kept me updated frequently with pictures! They went above and beyond for my Cadi girl

I have been taking my animals here for the last 22 years. I had a dog with special needs and I first brought her here. I thought they were a little pricey so I took her somewhere else only to bring her back after a few months. I realized the care I was getting here far exceeded the lesser care I would have gotten elsewhere for the same prices. Staff is always attentive and caring - they have always gone above and beyond to care for our animals. I'm happy to be bringing my new puppy to meet them - they are the best!
