Southwest nails is my go to nail salon in the area! They are always punctual, efficient, and my nails have been perfect every time. I have come in several times with nails that are in need of rescuing and far overdue, but they are always kind and do such a great job. When I chipped a nail a few days after getting them done, they got me back in immediately to fix it no questions asked. While they are appointment only, it’s easy to get an appointment same day if needed, and I appreciate they’re so well organized with their appointments that you never walk in only end up waiting far past your scheduled time. Tools and equipment is always clean, and every nail tech I’ve had there has been equally and wonderfully skilled!

They did. Wonderful job. Everyone was friendly and polite. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere was relaxing.

This was my first time visiting Southwest Nails but I could not be happier! Lucy was the best! She was very gentle with a blistered toe during my pedicure and gave me a great SNS dip for my fingernails! The pedicure was wonderful and she did a great job with my calluses. The salon is very comforting with nice chairs and soothing music! Totally one of the best salons in Roanoke!

Very nice people. Quiet relaxing atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my pedicure. Not as pricey as some. After going to many other salons, they are now my favorite.

My favorite nail salon! Hands down best place in the Roanoke area to get a manicure and pedicure. Family of ladies that are always so sweet! Definitely recommend!

Lovely place for a pedicure....they do an outstanding job and really pamper you! The salon is quiet and pleasant, as well as businesslike. No loud television, not a lot of talking - very relaxing! But be forewarned - they do not deal with acrylic nails at all. Not even fills. In fact, they will not even do a gel polish change if the polish is on top of acrylics. Of course, this is completely their prerogative, but I wish they would let customers know ahead of time. If you favor using gel dips only, you are in luck, though, since they have a wide variety of colors. The lack of acrylic services will not stop me from returning for their excellent pedicures and soothing atmosphere, though!

Hard to get appointments and rush pedicure. Went with 3 people. One was fine with pedicure in 20 minutes and tge last person was not finished for an hour and a half. Would not recommend.Service: Pedicure

I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience here was poor and I left unhappy with my gel manicure. These pictures were taken immediately afterwards. It was done hastily and sloppily.

I had an appointment at 11:30 to get a pedicure, brow wax, and the dip. As soon as she sat me down and started soaking my feet, two girls walked in and she stopped doing mine to tend to them. Mind you I am black and these females were white, so I felt this had something to with my race. After she started on the woman and I was left waiting, another woman finally came over and did my toes. The person who was supposed to do my dip nails was still doing the other girl who walked in, so I had to wait and didn’t get done until 2:30. Despite these inconveniences, they did a good job on everything, very satisfied.

I have made numerous APPOINTMENTS with the staff at this salon and was pleased with the mani& pedi(s) that I received , but on two occasions even though I had APPOINTMENTS , other customers were waited on and were finished before me. I dismissed those incidents until I wanted to treat my granddaughter prior to her graduation to a mani& pedi. She had an appointment at 12:15pm , but I received a call from one of the staff members at 11:16 am asking if we could come in sooner . We arrived at the shop at 11:22am (was on 419 when call received) . A staff member came over and I made her aware of our conversation just prior. She told my granddaughter to pick out color and said she would be doing pedicure and another staff member will be doing manicure. She was escorted to chair and was she sitting for 10-15 minutes( not soaking) another woman did her pedi and eyebrows waxing. 4 customers came in (at staggering times), during the time my granddaughter was receiving her pedi. 3 of which did not have an appointment. I was sitting in a chair by the door and heard the 2-women and a young girl ask if they "could get to them"My granddaughter waited for her manicure patiently as the 4 other customers were placed ahead of her. Needless to say, she was finished at 2:17pm. During checkout, I was told of the extra charges bc of a design on the nail and for long nails. I made her aware of the approximately 3 hours we had been there and the 4 customers who came AFTER us, but was waited on and finished before my granddaughter. I was given a $5.00 discount and a sorry. We will NEVER visit this shop again. I wanted to leave no stars but can't post without clicking on one.

LOVE! The prices are reasonable and they take good care of you. They take their time with their pedicures and manicures and do a great job. The tools come individually packaged so I know they're clean. The shop is clean too.
