This place sucks. The dude with the red Amish beard spent the whole time telling us how we couldn’t gets things they advertised and wouldn’t walk us through options.Despite all that, we still signed up and came back to get phones activated. He Then proceeded to tell us that we need to bring him information that he never provided to us. When told that we didn’t have it because it wasn’t given to us, he argued with us about how we must be wrong. He then proceeded to throw his coworker under the bus for the mistake.Go somewhere else.

So I had come to TMobile about a month maybe 2 ago from Verizon and the two young men that were in the store I believe they were the manager and assistant manager respectively and boy did they give me and my family the best customer service we have ever received in any business in my 60 some years of life. They both had glasses and beards and truly gave us the respect and knowledge about their products and plans much more than any other carrier we have ever had. Whoever is in charge of the store and those fine fellas should give them both a raise ? I have absolutely let all my friends and family know that if they are looking for good service and knowledge that they should go see those guys

I was planning to go on a cruise and a representative told me if I had any issues I could call the T-Mobile service line and I wouldn’t be charged as long as I didn’t call a local store and if i had to make sure i used Wi-Fi calling and had my roaming turned off. I’ve had my roaming off since I’ve had my phone and i was connected to the ships Wi-Fi. I received my bill and seen that I was charged for calls to the customer service line and was told by a different rep that they couldn’t do anything about it

Never helpful or knowledgeable. They almost always say they can't help me and send me to another location. Drive past this one and go to the one on electric, they'll send u there anyway so save yourself the trouble. This one's worthless for the past year.

I love T-Mobile but when you go in there for T-Mobile Tuesday and they don't have. The items that T-Mobile is giving away well. It leaves a pretty bad taste in your mouth

Would recommend you go anywhere else if you are starting a service at T-Mobile. The service has been great but the person who signed me up lied about the monthly bill. We wanted to go on the essentials plan but was told that we could not get any phone deals with that plan. Which was fine and he stated that if we went on the business plan it would be close to what we wanted to pay. Around $140 per month without phones. He stated that we were getting a promotion that would last forever and that the original plan was around $170. First bill came and it was $170 I called support and they said to go into the store to verify that it was set up correctly. I went in and they stated that the first bill would not have the promotion and to wait till next month to see the promotion. Not only was the promotion not applied it was never valid in the first place. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile billing and swapped my plan to Magenta for $140 per month now which was what I originally wanted to do. I have no idea why this person set us up for the business plan in the first place. I will never be coming back here and I recommend that anyone else do the same. Shady business practices trying to upsell things that someone does not need when you guys have a plan that worked for me anyways. I will be doing my business with T-Mobile over the phone and online now. There is a reason why these stores are going out of business and it is for a good reason.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! All of the employees were all so patient and kind and the phone tech who fixed my phone did a great job! Definitely thankful this store is close to my house so this can be my regular location. Please, give your employees a raise!

I've been having problems with my cell phone signal reception and I've been to the 3737 Franklin rd store numerous times and the same employee that has no answers for me unless he calls someone else and ask them the question.Everytime I go back to the store he provides less help.The last two times I went to the store he states he can't help call customer service very rudely and then acted like I was no longer there and went back on the computer .He doesn't wear a name tag but his hair is brightly colored red.

Forced a decision to a plan that I’m on. Had to go to another store to have a straight answer only to find the option I was offered was deleted by them.

New customer trying to convert and so far it has not been a positive experience. New deal and order completed online only to find out it is on back order...Online customer service and follow up regarding my pending order has been non existent. We to store as directed and they sent me back to customer service. 1 hour and 14 minute wait for someone to call me back. Stay tuned!
