I will only come to this T-Mobile location! I had to upgrade my phone but am on a strict budget-John, Alex and Koma were the amazing team that serviced me on my multiple trips to the store-they bent over backwards to get me something that met my needs! You will not be disappointed!!!

The lady that helped me with sone issues was good however if you go to a business you expect to be taken care of in the order you arrived. She was taking care of 2 other Customers on top of me. They had 3 Customer Service Reps. I feel they have a Tower or Towers down. Monday, if I was talking to someone the call would drop. Happened numerous times. They couldn't hear me, texts weren't going thru. She said they have no idea if a Tower is down or not. REALLY ?? I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT FOR 1 MINUTE. And yes its still happening

Don’t expect any customer service. Wanted to donate my deceased fathers phone to a battered women’s shelter. Dakota - the employee was extremely unhelpful. Told me he couldn’t help and wasn’t going to help. He would not even call customer service to assist. All he said was No No and No. then when back to playing on his phone. Whomever hired him needs to rethink that decision and teach some customer service skills.

This was probably the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life – literally! I worked with Avarie, Assistant Retail Manager, to transfer everything from old phone to new phone. I was blown away by her knowledge, patience, tenacity, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure all info was where it needed to be.What is usually a cumbersome experience, was made not only bearable, but fun, as she assisted me in setting up new phone and re-accessing all my work apps. The whole team was stellar as I waited & I wish all businesses had even a quarter of what this team has. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely make it my go-to place when phone services are needed.GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!!

I am a current Verizon business customer and when I went to upgrade my 2 iPhone 11 Pro Max’s and 1 iPad and Verizon wasn’t offering any good deals so I went to the T-Mobile store to shop a new plan. I have 3 iPhones and 2 iPads on a business unlimited plan. The young man who’s name I don’t remember greeted us quickly and offered me a good deal. The deal was to trade in my 2 11s and get the 13s for $300 each. So we started the process of switching and during the process the 13s went from $300 each to almost $900 each and then he told us that we would get the trade in credits over 24 months on our bill. This was a total bait and switch it would be like a car dealer telling me that I get my trade in value over two years! Who would agree to this. I am willing to believe this was a miscommunication on the sales agents part but neither him or the lady helping him seemed to want to make it right. I went back to Verizon and got 2 iPhone 13 Pro Max’s for $650 each and kept my iPhone 12’s.

The customer service representative was great at the store. He tried everything he could think of to resolve the issue. However, he could not fix it. I made my own attempts to fix the issue. The next day we returned to get a new phone. We bought a Samsung watch and were going to pair it to the old cell phone as a temporary solution. He swiped the phone to pair the watch and the issue with the cell phone resolved itself. We paired the watch to the phone and left satisfied.

T-Mobile/ Sprint will nickel & dime you to death. What should have been a savings over our previous carrier ended up costing 15% more a month, and after 2 years of service we still *owed* over half the cost of the phones we had been paying for each month.

Stay away! I was told by a rep my phone would cost a hundred dollars. I'm paying more than Verizon with no where near the same service. I never have a signal and the costumer service is the worst.

The battery on my phone was shot so I found this Sprint store and walked into a new experience! The employees were very kind and Lauren was fantastic!She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help. I have a new iPhone, everything loaded, at a reasonable cost.It was raining and Lauren grabbed her umbrella and walked me to the car. Talk about service and consideration. I feel that I have a friend and would recommend this Sprint store to anyone.

Marvin Walter assisted me in transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone. It was so important that I didn't lose precious memories. He went above and beyond to ensure this was a smooth transaction. He was compassionate and caring in meeting my needs. He provided exceptional service and the other employees in the store were also terrific. Wonderful experience!
