Nate made the process easy, unfortunately I wasn't able to get the online rate due to website issues and for some reason they can't match in person/over the phone. Besides that the process was extremely smooth and was finished same day.

I was impressed when dealing with Nate at Storage King in Roanoke Va. He explained everything clearly and completely. Very happy about the interaction. Nate answered all of my questions and even offered details that I had not thought to ask about. He was very accommodating. I feel secure in using the space we rented!

Went in for a last minute storage unit and the manager, Nate, was super helpful and accommodating.The unit is spacious, clean, and easily accessible.I appreciate that individual gate codes are assigned which adds to security.
