The sales person just seating there on the phone, while the customers are waiting to close the finish the phone callThe supervisor is not the shop.Keep saying the system in not working even if u back tomorrow will have the same problem for the returns or exchange

I've purchased on line for my grandkids. I was very pleased with my purchase. The shorts I had ordered for my grandson wasnt the right size, seems the sizes do run a little small but other than this all was good. Seen all the negative comments, guess I'll see for myself when I go to the Roanoke location to exchange the shorts.

Angie the store manager is completely unaccomadating and apparently has zero authority outside of her “company policies”. I am out of town and needed someone other than myself to pick up my order (3.00 pants for my sons Halloween costume). I explained the situation and asked if she could please help me out and make an exception. She refused to allow anyone but me and kept insisting her job was to follow company policy. I asked if her job involved customer service and she directed me to the customer service phone number. I will not be shopping with this store at this location ever again as this is completely unnecessary and causing a lot of unnecessary head ache. This is why big stores with big policies and managers on a power trip go out of business. Insanely difficult to work for and for no reason at all.

I went into the store the other day to purchase some items. Once I had chosen what I wanted; the employees walked around instead of ringing us up. We waited about 5 minutes. Attempted to get the employees attention and they never came to the register. I changed my mind and left. Instead of an employee offering to help; they yelled "Have a nice day." And continued back to whatever they were doing.

Ordered online , they shipped half my order and didn't mention that an item had become unavailable , it was not out of stock when I ordered it but they still had me purchase the item without being properly informed. They cancelled my item and did not tell me , I waited 30 minutes on the phone, and still got no good reason why the item was not available. Mind you I ordered this on the 26th of October, and it is now Dec 8th.

I went in to find some husky size jeans for my grandson. While standing in the jean section for several minutes and not finding what I was looking for I thought maybe an employee would ask if I needed any help but to my surprise not one person asked. Mind you there was an employee right there with me who was stocking jeans on the shelf. Another employee was literally a couple steps away also putting up stock. So I ask the employee who was stocking the jeans if they had any husky sizes and she replied no they don't sale them in the store, only online but they may have some in the back they may be returns. She then asks the other employee who was a couple steps away as she is walking to the back if she would look and see if they had any. So I browsed around a little while waiting on the employee to come back from the back with an answer. She came back out but never said a word to me at all and went back to what she was doing. I have never been treated so poorly. If your store is not selling or making profit I can see why. I would seriously considering hiring some people that actually like there job and what they are doing because the ones working have very poor customer service.
