Never renting a u-haul from this location ever again! I chose in office pick up. This is twice I’ve tried business with this location. Nobody is ever in the office. Every call goes to voicemail. Truck is there, minus ordered equipment. Had to move my rental to another location, change my movers schedule to accommodate this mess. At least U-haul was pleasant to deal with. These people are a total joke!

No one is there during "office hours." I left a voice message and messaged them through their links. No response. They are either no longer in business or have staff that have abandoned the facility.

New owners are amazing. They manage the business with integrity. Reasonable rates compared to other storage facilities in the area.

Affordable and reliable place to leave my storage. Owners are great as well, helpful with the process too. Definitely recommend to use them for your storage units!

Totally dependable, reasonable pricing, lots of options for whatever you need. The owners helped make a stressful situation as pleasant as can be. They seem very genuine which gives me confidence in the security of my belongings. Will continue using The Lockup for all of my self-storage needs!
