Michael you know I adore you and have been coming to you for years until I moved several times and had health issues. I assumed you wouldn't hire anyone subpar but Keelyn literally destroyed my hair. And charged me $200 whereas you always charged a reasonable price for excellent work and service. My hair is literally breaking off, feels and looks like straw, and she cut close to 5 inches off calling it a trim. and another stylist attempted to fix it but said it was so overly processed and the cut was "shelved", she didn't want to do much to worsen the damage. I've tried multiple times to contact the salon; I'm not looking for reimbursement just help with fixing this mess that I'm more than happy to pay for

I no not recommend this salon. My stylist is not reliable and forgot an appointment today, 7-28-2022, that I had scheduled six weeks in advance. She apologized, but that was not enough. I’m going out of town to a wonderful family reunion in two days and I planned this appointment well in advance. When I showed up today, she was with another client and had no idea I was scheduled for that time. I always tip my stylist 30/40% of the total bill and I expect good service In return, including that she should know when my next appointment is.Services: Hair coloring
