I had lunch here with a group of 60+. The staff was excellent - friendly, competent. The interior is beautiful and perfect for a group gathering. The exterior is getting a little sad, though - a hole in the front screen door, peeling paint. It's still a very nice place.

This review is purely for The Maridor Restaunt located inside of the hotel. The menu was creative and well done. The ambiance is cool. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.

I visited my friend who lives up the street and she mentioned having been to the Maridor before and she suggested we have dinner and drinks there. So we did! We enjoyed items from the omakase menu and were not disappointed. We also shared some crab rangoons and the maple bacon flatbread and all the food wad delicious. The house itself is just a beautiful setting. We decided to have dinner on the back patio and it was a great space. I would highly recommend this hidden gem of a space to anyone who enjoys an intimate setting and great food.

We went last night and it was wonderful. Seth is great and made sure we had a good evening. They were busier then planned so he called before our reservation to let us know they were out of items but he helped us find great items to try. This is a place we will definitely go back to again and again. The best service I've seen in a very long time 😀😀 thank you Seth

One of the BEST spots for drinks and bites in the Grandin area. The pours are heavy and the Asian inspired dishes are incredible, I can’t recommend the nan-chos enough. I got the daily bento box and the plain crème brûlée was phenomenal! The outside seating is perfect during the warm spring and summer nights.

Great spot for sushi & cocktail. Airbnb’s upstairs are perfect for date night and they have a beautiful bridal suite! Such a beautiful venue in the heart of Roanoke!

The scallop, the matcha desert and the ribs were delicious. The food was pretty good. I would give 5 star to the food! But the service would be 0 star!

Exceptional food from an inspired, creative menu worthy of an address in NYC or other culinary mecca. Friendly and knowledgeable service in the warm, romantic setting of a historic mansion/ B&B. A friend and I ate at the bar a few nights ago and we are still dreaming/talking about the food (will be back soon!). We also appreciated that the prices were so reasonable, without skimping on freshness or quality of ingredients. Easily one of the best meals I've had in Roanoke.

Wow - excellent food, excellent service. Our group was blown away! Just a few highlights: the dumplings (the ginger sauce was divine), the bao buns, and the naan-chos. We'll be back to try some other things that caught our eye! The drink menu is also fantastic, we tried the espresso martini, the chai tea toddy, and the Tall Dark & Stormy. Highly recommend!

This place is a amazing! The food is absolutely fantastic, and you can tell it's cooked with love. The menu offers a nice variety without being overwhelming, so you can actually make a decision without feeling stressed. The ambiance is perfect – it allows you to enjoy your company and have a conversation without being overwhelmed by the environment. Highly recommend!

The food was outstanding!! Such a variety of selections. We picked the flatbread, chicken dumpling soup, and an astonishing beef dip sandwich. We will definitely be back. Seth is a legend!!! 👏👏👏👏
