Good parking. Decent playground that, by 6pm when we went, was completely in the shade. Basketball court and baseball field. There did seem to be a building on the property that could have been public restrooms but I didn't check to make sure. It's right next to Hardee's and Dairy Queen and some gas stations, and the Vinton Library is around 5 minutes away so good location. I think there was even more to the park, like a walkway, but didn't have time to explore.

: "The Dog Park is like a canine paradise, where tails wag and owners drag themselves out of bed to enjoy some fresh air. With spacious fenced areas and plenty of room to romp, it's a paws-itively awesome time for all furry friends. And hey, maybe a little seating area for tired humans wouldn't hurt either! Woof-derful place indeed!"

It was ok. Nicer and more friendly than highlands Park dog run but the people were more interesting than the dogs.
Dog-friendliness: The dogs were pretty socialible and friendly.
Picnic area: Picnic area was ok. Seemed to have regulars that drank and vaped Marijuana.

Wonderful place to play and visit with family. Great covered areas. Excellent dog park for small and large dogs.

Large grassy area for dogs to play. Water available and poop bags, too.

I stopped here with my two toddlers. There was a questionable man hanging out by the bathrooms with a long handcuff chain attached to his wrist. I heard and saw the chain jingle when he got up to go in the bathrooms. There were also cigarette butts and pizza crusts under the playground where someone had been hanging out very recently. I do not recommend coming here!

We brought our two fur babies to play in dog park. Wish the seating area had better seating. One plastic chair and a wooden picnic table that had seen better days. As we live a distance away I'm not sure how much this part of the park gets used. The playground is very nice with picnic tables etc. Good for groups/ large families.

Would rate higher but people don’t obey rules of dog park. Putting small dogs in with big dogs went against park rules.
