I dealt with this shop for about a week and it was total NIGHTMARE!. They're very incompetent, unprofessional and have no communication between themselves. I was always getting the run around. Would not recommend and sure won't be back again!.

I came in for an oil change and a 90K maintenance check. They check the belts as well as break and transmission fluid. They said all fluids were good and the belts showed wear, but not enough to warrant changing yet. They were up front and didn't urge work that wasn't needed yet. That sort of service speaks volumes.

TLC is a great spot for vehicle maintenance. If they are busy, they will guide you to slower times. If not busy, the waiting area is very clean and open.

Got there bright and early when they opened, only to see them put up a sign saying no state inspections. Really??? Go down the road to Brandon Automotive and don't waste your time at TLC.
