Absolutely horrendous. On top of it taking over 2 hours to get a basic set, my nails are awful. Uneven, crooked, and bumpy. Not to mention the smell was so overwhelming I left with the worst headache I’ve experienced. Yea they’re cheap, but the reason is their service is horrible. The only positive is they were very nice.

Dirty disgusting got foot fungus from them their nail polish is old and thick gave my nails a green fungus from the dirty salon do not go here 🤮

Today, I visited this location to get a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows done. The service was okay. However, the workers are inexperienced. The skin around my eyebrows was completely taken off (see picture). I tried to resolve the issue with the owner Sunny but I was told, they do not give refunds. I will never visit this nail salon again nor will I recommend this salon to any of my friends or family. They are greedy people - who are all about the money. I have spent hundreds of dollars there and I feel that it was only fair for them to give me a refund. My eyebrows are on fire!

I came in for a regular manicure and they destroyed my nails. They ground them down so thin they break constantly. What's worse is that I asked him not to use the drill at all and he insisted. I repeated that I only wanted normal paint, no drill and he ignored me. I wish I'd walked out when I saw how dirty it was there. I never imagined I'd end up with weeks of ruined nails after what was supposed to be a normal manicure.

I had eyebrows waxed by Heaven the first time I had been there. She did a good job but I was concerned about the nonexistent cleanliness of the waxing station. I returned to have my eyebrows waxed again. The male manager or owner (not sure which) called for Heaven but for some reason the owner showed up in the waxing area. To my surprise he was the one who performed the waxing. Again the waxing station was even more filthy than the previous time and after he’d finished and I had paid I looked into my car mirror and was horrified. He had made the brows very thin, uneven and lopsided. Good thing an eyebrow pencil could provide a temporary fix and I had alcohol wipes at home. They were friendly but the service provided was lacking in many ways. Yuck.

sunny did my nails and he did not follow the picture and I don’t like him. I can’t stand them. He did not follow the picture this time. It looks like a kids painting and looks stupid. I wish I could give them a zero but I can’t. They are the worst. I usually do not go to them, but today (6/5/24) my daughter and I tried them bc our usual was overcrowded. Idk why we did because it was a disaster. I work too hard to not get what I pay for! I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.
