Spent over $7500 for side by side with guaranteed delivery 01/03/25 by store manager Sam. As of 7pm 01/04/25 it still hasn’t been delivered and no phone call from store #1258 or any employee. I called the store at 630pm spoke with manager Will, whom was extremely helpful, whom called Sam, bc he was off today, and Will called me back to tell me Sam said he was in a family emergency (imagine that) and would not be speaking with us until Monday!!!! 4 days after it has been bought, paid for, guaranteed delivery on 01/03/25. I contacted customer service at 1-877-718-6750 spoke with a Mikayla, whom could not help me, I ask to speak with her superior she contacted her after now being on hold 31 min and still on hold, her superior is refusing to speak with me. This is absolutely ridiculous! BBB will be contacted. And then they stated we’d have to return to the store for a refund!!!! If I wanted to travel that far for a refund I’d pick the side-by-side up myself!! DO BETTER!! And Sam you need to be reprimanded for lying, using your discount for someone you don’t know, since your discount can only be used for immediate family, false information and poor customer service. You should at least communicate if something can’t be done!

First and last visit at this location. I usually go to the one in Salem. The vaccines were in the bottom of a cooler on the floor and I very cordially commented that it's difficult to read important info to choose the correct vaccine from many options, when there 8 inches off the floor. Then the employee was rude and sarcastic so I walked away.

A great place to shop. Has much of the same items as the other big name shops and a few specialty things that you can't find other places. I was looking at all the local Home Improvement stores for manure for my garden, and this was the only location that had it. I was reasonably priced at $4. Definitely recommend.

I had checked on line for a product and it was supposed to be at a branch less than a mile from me. When I got there, it wasn’t. They did check with another store and they did have the product and held it for me till I got there. 26 mile round trip but I needed it. I’ll continue to look at TS but will call before I go to make sure they have what I’m looking for.
