During the hottest day of the year my upper AC unit stop working (most likely trebbles got in). Lucky for me Virginians came through with the parts I needed to troubleshoot the whole AC unit. Trible's had or got the parts fast and price friendly. Every HVAC company I called was a week or two out so I decided to give it a go since the unit was over 10 years old anyway. I live in the mountains so I have to be able to handle heating and cooling problems on my own and between the YouTube and local small shops us do it yourselfers can no doubt survive. Thanks again for your help and please try to offer a military discount.

The bake element went out on our pretty old oven. I called with the part number I got online, and the nice lady said she could have it in around 7-10 business days, which I was actually okay with. She then asked for the model number of my oven just to double check inventory, and she even went on ge.com to cross reference. It turns out they had some in stock that would work! I went in and picked it up quickly.
It's nice to call for a part in the morning and have your oven working by midday!

Ordered a lg drain pump through tribles. It shipped same day which was excellent. I also ordered one through Amazon original oem part. Amazons didn’t show up until same day tribles did( holiday season taking longer) any ways I get my wife to drop off the part they shipped still in box and they told her they can’t take it back because it’s been hooked up. When clearly it was in there box still in bubble wrap. So I assume they sold me a used part and a new price and they won’t refund us. Last time we will use them

If you are into DIY appliance repair, this is a great local place to get parts quick rather than the web. Prices may be a little less competitive than online but you can get your appliance up and running much faster than waiting days or weeks for a shipment. Plus, it is nice to help a local business (and, yes I know they are regional).
