Tryal’s Jewelry is my first choice when shopping for diamonds, gold, antique pieces, sterling and beads. Amazing customer service and knowledge regarding the jewelry industry. I have had multiple custom rings/pendants made and have always been completely impressed with the outcome. Don’t waste your time or money shopping anywhere else but Tryals.

Without doubt Tryal's is the most friendly and engaging jewelry store town. The type of business welcomes one in for conversation. Unfortunately there aren't many places like that left...As a very amateur silversmith, I have past experience with just about all of the other local retailers.HONESTY and FAIRNESS are the roots of their tree! I have sold, bought, and traded on multiple occasions and they will always be my first and only choice.

This store is amazing! I love the owners, they’re so welcoming and very pleasant to work with. Both, Maria and Jared are very sweet and kind. They always greet people with a big friendly smile. Maria works hard to find the best deals on her travels, so she can give Roanoke the best jewelry for the lowest price. I am very grateful for this shop. I go here for everything I need in jewelry repairs… their work is amazing, I save so much money and I get all my repairs back with in 2 - 3 days! They also have largest selections of fine jewelry and handbags. And their prices are unbeatable!

Maria and Jerry, the owners take great pride in serving their customers. They have a flair for treating all their customers like close friends and family. I’m so glad we have this store in Roanoke, it’s not only a family owned business but it’s a fair place to buy, trade or sell your unwanted jewelry. I have bought from here several times and also traded jewelry, Maria is so kind knowledgeable and easy to work with. My latest trip was for homecoming jewelry for my daughter, I have no doubt that she will be the only one wearing what we bought. Everything in the store is unique! I will go to her for all our jewelry needs!

Always helpful with suggestions on jewelry sets and willing to go the extra mile to make your experience the best. The do buy jewelry at market value which make people upset but they is business. Just like anything else people think they have something that isn't actually worth that much. A regular jewelry store has a big markup. Smaller store have to buy at market price. We have always had awesome service and they're aways upfront with us.
