Manager is a liar. Asked prior to my storage unit payment being due if I would still have access to the unit if I was late, she said yes I would. I come back a few days later and have no access and ask her why, she says it's in the paperwork, completely changing her story from the previous days. Do not do business with her, she's a liar.

The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate in. Thanks for all the help of the well knowledgeable employees and managers. Ms. Nikki Hamm has always been a pleasure to work with when it comes to renting my storage unit, getting boxes. Uhual was the only reason we didn't get stuck in Texas. I will always recommend uhual for storage and/or moving because of the Godly spirits they have working for them. Ms. Nikki I wish you blessings to you and your family. 6-4-2024 authorization for my daughter to rent truck for 84.21 with request computer system does not save credit card number. Daughter returned truck 6-5-2024 morning. I received alert from credit card company a charge of 159.29 was charged to card. Total of 243.50. I immediately locked credit card. Phoning U-Haul spoke with JoAnn explaining I did not authorize this, and take credit card from system. She said impossible. Phoned U-Haul customer service, verified by Kim, filed complaint. Filed complaint with BBB. Will keep all followers updated as this progresses until resolved. Do not recommend this business.

The staff was amazing I had an easy check out with the general manager Nikki and had front door service by Harvey who went and brought the truck up for me when I came back they were all so amazing thank you hershberger uhaul everything went smooth ??

I've never used their rental services but I do buy a lot of packing material from them on a regular basis. Friendly and helpful staff. Always a great laugh going in there. They make you me welcome every time I visit. I appreciate the excellent service. I'll try out their rentals if ever in need.
